Here is the first draft for the new Place an Ad process... I have condensed the current 3 intial steps onto one page... What do you think?

looks good. Is there anyway to use javascript on a listing ? The reason I ask is because I would like to add a livehelp button on my listings where people can chat to me live if im online.

It looks nice and simple. No need to jump to multiple pages to add more details. Good work!

I would like to see paragraphs available in the details box, so adds can be set out neatly.
Having city/postcode/region highlighted scammers who sadly wightbay admin do nothing about, despite repeated warnings. So wouldn't like to see that go. If you have to select location from a list then make it more comprehensive.
I have noticed the number of google adds increase again, which is anoying as it slows the site down even more than it was.
Is there any substance to the rumours that wightbay will be charging for all adds from next year?
